Are you at breaking point? Being sleep deprived is awful and sometimes it's hard to know where to turn! If you need an in depth discussion with advice on your little one's issues, this package is perfect. It includes: Analysis of a 3 day sleep diary & questionnaire A 1 hour Zoom or Phone Call An age appropriate sleep guide A follow up email Baby sleep can seem like a mine field, so let us break everything down for you into digestible chunks and give you the tools you need to help your baby moving forward. You will also be sent one of our age appropriate sleep guides which lists everything you need to know for your baby's sleep at that age. We will check in with you again the following week to see how you are and answer any questions you might have!
