This package is tailored specifically to newborns (birth to 5 months) helping to gently ease them into a routine and set up good sleep habits for the future. Maybe you are expecting a baby.. or maybe you already have a newborn? This package will give you the tools and the confidence to navigate those first few months and start to set some good foundations. It includes: 45 minute phone or zoom call A Newborn Sleep Guide Understanding your baby's sleep can seem like a mine field! We will break it down for you and before you know it, everything will seem much easier!
