It is suitable for parents who want more personalised advice and for babies and toddlers (over 6 months) who are experiencing difficulty linking sleep cycles, or difficult bedtimes, or frequent night wakings. If you would like to kit yourself up with all the knowledge on how to help your little one sleep better, this package is perfect: It includes: Analysis of a 3 day sleep diary & questionnaire A 1 hour Zoom Call A personalised sleep plan for your little one 5 days of Whatsapp support We will go through everything on your consultation call and then email you your very own bespoke sleep plan with everything we have discussed and all our tailored advice. We will be available twice a day for you to contact us on Whatsapp and ask us any questions you have!
